Service Scope
Online Jal Kalash Seva is an independent devotional service facilitator. We collect devotee details, coordinate the Jal Kalash Seva with local service providers or priests, and share booking updates and proof through WhatsApp where available.
We are not an official representative, affiliate, or branch of Baba Baidyanath Temple administration, any temple trust, or any government authority.
Booking Information
Customers must provide accurate devotee name, gotra where applicable, WhatsApp number, preferred date, and sankalp details. We are not responsible for delays or mistakes caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment is received and the order is accepted by our system or support team.
Payments
At present, payments are handled through UPI/QR details shown during booking. Customers must upload a payment screenshot or valid UPI reference so the admin team can verify the payment manually.
Customers must not upload false, edited, or unrelated payment proof. Fraudulent or unverifiable payment submissions may be cancelled without service fulfillment.
Service Fulfillment
The seva is normally fulfilled on the selected date or the next feasible temple-service day, subject to temple access, crowd control, weather, local restrictions, and priest availability.
Video or photo proof is shared on the registered WhatsApp number after completion, usually within the same day or within 24 to 48 hours during heavy rush periods.
Limitation of Liability
Religious services depend on local conditions and temple rules. We will make reasonable efforts to complete accepted bookings, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted temple access or exact timing.
Our liability for any accepted claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
