Shipping and Digital Service Delivery Policy

Online Jal Kalash Seva is a digital devotional service booking platform, not a physical goods store. This page explains how seva fulfillment and proof sharing work.

No Physical Shipping

We do not ship a physical product as part of the standard online seva booking. The service is fulfilled by coordinating Jal Abhishek on behalf of the customer.

Digital Delivery

Booking confirmation, service updates, and photo or video proof are delivered digitally through the registered WhatsApp number and, where available, account or email updates.

Delivery Timeline

For standard bookings, proof is generally shared on the selected service date or within 24 to 48 hours. During Shravan, Mahashivratri, holidays, heavy temple crowding, local restrictions, or network issues, delivery may take longer.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide a reachable WhatsApp number and accurate booking details. We are not responsible for proof delivery delays caused by incorrect phone numbers, blocked WhatsApp accounts, or unavailable customer contact channels.
